Terms of Service

By accessing the SaaSFutures marketplace, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and any entity you represent.

Investor access is limited to qualified purchasers and institutional investors where required by applicable law. Sellers must have contractual authority to sell the future receivables they list.

SaaSFutures facilitates the purchase and sale of future contractual payments arising from SaaS subscription contracts. Ownership of customer relationships remains with the seller; only the specified cash flow stream is transferred.

Pricing is disclosed on the pricing page and in each transaction confirmation. No hidden fees are charged.

Purchased cash flows are held in bankruptcy-remote SPVs and administered by a regulated servicer with an independent auditor.

The marketplace is provided on an as-is basis. Historical performance does not guarantee future results. Investing involves risk of loss, including principal.
