Overview
SaaSFutures collects the minimum data required to price, transact, and service SaaS subscription contracts. We do not sell personal data.
Data we process
Contract metadata (term, amount, renewal signals), counterparty solvency signals, and account information for authorized users of the platform. Read-only billing integrations use OAuth scopes limited to what is needed for pricing.
Where data lives
Data is stored in SOC 2 Type II environments, encrypted in transit and at rest. Customer PII from billing integrations remains inside your tenant unless required to complete a transaction.
Sharing
We share transaction data with our regulated servicer and independent auditor as required to administer purchased cash flows. We do not share data with advertisers.
